HR ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE, REGINA, SK

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support on all HR issues
Assist with all aspects of payroll processing and back-up for Payroll Administrator
Administrator for Group Benefits Plans
Provide monthly reports to Senior Management
Help develop and update job descriptions and specifications
Job posting and distribution of resumes to applicable hiring managers
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate attention to detail
Human Resources Management education and/or experience required
Electronic payroll processing experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships
Strong computer and decision-making skills required
Organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
