Your Role:
As a Junior HR Specialist at BMI, youll be at the forefront of our Human Resources initiatives, helping to optimize team member engagement, productivity, and efficiency. We believe in your potential, so no experience or formal credentials are required. All we ask for is your unyielding passion for the humanities side of business, and a genuine love for technology. Well provide the training and mentorship you need to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Administer talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for both internal needs and external client requests.
- Track, analyze, and report team member performance analytics.
- Leverage our existing Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and other HR software to optimize team member communication, engagement, productivity, and efficiency.
- Participate in monthly performance evaluations of team members.
- Collaborate with BMI clients to apply the same skills used internally to address their external HR objectives.
- Complete tasks related to setting up HR systems and streamlining HR processes for our clients.
- Collaborate to ensure the success of our social club events.

This is a remote job. Hard work in an office wearing a suit is the same as hard work in pajamas at home at 2AM as far as BMI is concerned.
