Job Title: IBM TM1/Planning Consultant

Location: Montreal, CA (3 days onsite)

Project Duration: Long term Contract

Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire SDLC, have excellent communication skills and experience working directly with the business. They will need to be self-sufficient and comfortable with building internal networks, both with the business and other technology teams. They will be expected to own changes all the way from inception to deployment in production. In addition to implementing new functionality they will use their experience in TDD and best practices to identify process gaps or areas for improvement with a constant focus on scalability and stability. Candidate should be self-motivated, results oriented and able to multi-task across with different teams and applications. Further the candidate will need to work effectively with remotely dispersed teams as the role will require constant communication across various regional teams.

Required Skills: 5-7 years of experience in developing application using IBM TM1 reporting and modeling tool. Should have expert knowledge of the IBM Planning and Analytics tools. Should have in-depth Knowledge of the Cubes design, Turbo Integrator processes, Rules engine and Scripting. Have more programming skills complementing with TM1. Linux/Unix/Python/Shell scripting automation..for devops integration..putting code in github etc. TM1 APIs to pull code..code repository to dev or move dev to QA to Prod Big plus: Migration experience from essbase cubes to TM1 Should have strong knowledge of the Client Reporting tools (PAWeb, PAXL, PAWorskpace) Should be able to implement and maintain TM1 security Should be able to Map business requirement to system design. Ability to prototype in TM1 (rapid prototyping) Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high quality deliverables Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
