Quality Control Inspector

Aerotek is currently hiring on behalf of our client in the automotive space, for a Quality Control Inspector candidate! This position is based out of Dundalk, ON and is only suited to candidates who are looking for long term, full time employment.

Job Details:

The Quality Control Inspector is pivotal in ensuring the quality and compliance of parts and equipment manufactured by external vendors. This role involves significant travel to vendor sites for conducting inspections and audits, collaborating with internal teams to resolve quality issues, and upholding stringent Quality Control standards.

Shift/Pay:

• Straight Day Shift: 7-3 or 8-4
• Pay: $26/hr+, open to negotiation

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of QA experience in auto, metal, aerospace or heavy industrial manufacturing
• Experience Using Quality Assurance concepts tools and processes (Corrective Actions, NCR’s, standardized procedures, tracking, auditing)
• Post High school in relevant QA field OR 10+ years of experience
• Experience in the Powder Coating Industry is considered an asset.
• External Vendor QA communication and Reporting Experience is considered an asset.
