Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Control inspections on fabricated products to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
- Perform detailed measurements using tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify any quality issues or deviations.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of Quality Control activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Quality Control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices.
- Proficient in conducting quality inspections and utilizing measurement tools such as calipers.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus.
