Required Qualifications
Education:
Minimum grade 12, QC. related courses.
Related Work Experience/Job Requirements
· Previous manufacturing experience preferred
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Specific Skills / Trade or Knowledge:
· Complete all requirements as outlined in the Skills and Training Matrix, HRS-F001.
· Able to program CMM machines would be an asset
· Zeiss programming would be a strong asset
· Understanding of GD&T
· Able to use standard measuring tools
· Program various parts.
· Understanding and interpreting blueprints
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
· Must have good hand/eye coordination
· Familiar with ISO Standards would be an asset
· Understand fundamentals of quality assurance.
· Excellent communication, analytical and training skills as well as leadership skills.
· Experience in the use and care of basic measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial
indicators, optical comparators, etc.
· Ability to perform mathematical equations, read blue prints, operate CNC machines and understand Geometric
· Dimensioning & Tolerance
· Computer skills such as Microsoft Office would be an asset

· Complete all requirements as outlined in the Skills and Training Matrix, CRP-HRS-F001.
· Required to review and monitor the related sections of the Quality / Environmental Management System procedures or work instructions based on ISO/9001 and TS 14001 Standards.
· Performed all quality inspection work such as Quality Audit, and process checks.
· Collects Non Conformance (NC) data, maintains and updates quality system documents.
· Assist in the selection of parts, measurement and data collection for PPAP requirements.
· Required to perform receiving inspection, in-process and final inspection requirements and record results on specified inspection sheets or related documents.
· Required to perform First Piece Setup inspection requirements, communicate results to production or tool-room associates and train production associates as required.
· Required to perform Last Off inspection and report any quality concerns on the work order.
· Required to maintain all measuring equipment and fixtures in proper working order, appearance and performance.
· Required to maintain control of all non-conforming material, segregation, and completion of tags or DMR reports.
· Required to monitor all operations at the prescribed frequency and assist all associates as required.
· Required to maintain good house keeping principles in the QA lab, work stations and oversee the plant in general.
· Required to comply with all safety or company procedures and policies.
· Any and all other reasonable functions and responsibilities assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
