Description
Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and member service skills. Responsibilities includes gathering and analyzing the organizational needs, developing, and configuring systems to meet those needs, providing training, and supporting organization throughout the implementation process. The role of the Implementation Specialist is to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new technology platforms and provides ongoing organizational support for the new systems.
Experience in technology and /or project management is strongly preferred and change management and willingness to learn are essential to the success of the role. Relevant education and financial work experience are required, with a preference for a credit union background.
