The Role:

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Spotless Laser, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, playing a pivotal role in their journey towards achieving their aesthetic goals. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through calls and texts, converting inquiries into booked consultations, and ultimately, satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to inbound leads generated through various channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.), ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to educate prospects about our services and treatments, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Schedule consultations by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our treatments, aligning with the clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and emails to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and consultations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.
  • Participate in regular training and stay updated on the latest industry trends and treatments offered by Spotless Laser.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for booked consultations and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales with an ability to be constantly dialing and speaking on the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in engaging customers over the phone and via text.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage numerous leads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Go High Level) and Google Suite.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The role will be remote hybrid but you will be required to work our defined hours so you can immediately call leads when they are originated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.00-$41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
