Position Summary - Industrial - Chemical Tank Cleaning
The position will consist of high-pressure, Confined Space vessel and tank cleaning at client sites throughout Western Canada. Main duties include performing physical labour, including preparation for customer site by cleaning, loading, and unloading of equipment and materials, and removing hazardous waste. Work performed will include use of pressurized equipment and robotic tools plus require regular use of respiratory protection and chemical suits during Confined Space entry. Travel is required. Shift schedules will be determined by customer service needs. Must be prepared to work 12 hour shifts, both day and/or night and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits
Experience will determine starting hourly rate. This position has potential to earn six figure income depending on rotation availability, schedule preference and desire to complete cross training in other areas of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation for installation of equipment includes fueling of equipment, power washing, utilizing hand tools and completing small equipment repairs.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment, as necessary on the jobsite.
- Perform installation and tear down of tank cleaning and fluid transfer equipment including, but not limited to, assembly and disassembly of piping, hoses, pumps, heat exchangers.
- Use of high-pressurized equipment, robotic tank cleaning tools.
- Performing work in Confined Space and use of respiratory protection, not limited to SCBA, supplied breathing air and air-purifying full-face respirator.
- Use of appropriate PPE for a variety of areas, including impermeable chemical suits and breathing air apparatus.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Class 3 or class 1 license with clean abstract, preferred
- First Aid, H2S, Fall Protection, Confined Space, CSO, Tickets
- Good analytical and reasoning capabilities, use of good judgement and decision making
- Perform customer site requirements and service excellence
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Above average app and computer skills for day to day electronic forms, e-logs and safety compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to safely perform work in Confined Spaces
- Ability to pass company and client drug and alcohol testing protocols.
