Remote Confined Space Monitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Confined Space Monitoring Technicians to join our dynamic team for the spring turnaround season. These positions are based in the Lloyd and Red Deer areas, as well as in camp jobs. As a Remote Confined Space Monitoring Technician, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring and analyzing data from Confined Spaces to ensure the safety of workers and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize remote monitoring equipment to continuously observe and assess conditions within Confined Spaces.
• Analyze data for potential hazards or deviations from safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with on-site personnel to address safety concerns or issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to Confined Space safety.
• Ensure compliance with established safety protocols and procedures during entry and work within Confined Spaces.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with workers, supervisors, and safety personnel involved in Confined Space operations.
• Perform installation and operation of Remote Confined Space Monitoring equipment

Requirements:

• First aid and H2S Alive safety tickets required
• Experience with remote monitoring technology and data analysis software as asset
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work at heights
• Experience working in diverse industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, or utilities.
• Strong written and communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be proficient with computers
• Must be able to work in a team environment
