Inside Sales Representative

New Standard Ag is a dynamic and growing company in the agriculture industry and part of the AgriHub Group of Companies. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers and industry partners. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representativeto join our sales team in our Winnipeg, MB location.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide excellent customer experience for in-store and over the phone enquiries and initiate sales conversations, following-up on leads and opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Work closely with our logistics and procurement teams to ensure efficient, smooth operation and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager, receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the store manager.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

• Minimum Grade 12 education; Post-secondary education in sales and/or marketing is an asset;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or tele-sales capacity;
• Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural equipment and related environments and working conditions; previous experience in the agriculture industry is preferred;
• Excellent listening skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm;
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel;
• Mechanical aptitude;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet set targets.

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
