Inside Sales Representative- Counter staff

Freco Fluid Power is the number one hydraulic & pneumatic shop in Ottawa and the surrounding region. We are family owned & operated business that was established in 1986. We are looking for a new front desk sales person to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Responsible for answering phone calls from customers and helping with any inquiries
• Responsible for helping customers that come into the store, this will include making new hoses, finding fittings and some problem solving
• Helping on the road sales people with order entry
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the company’s service and new products
• Maintaining a clean front of shop

Candidates will preferably have the following qualifications:

• 1 years in customer service
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Self motivated
• Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed
• Knowledge of Hydraulic hose and or Hydraulic components a definite asset
• Extra consideration will be given to bi-lingual candidates (English & French)

If Carp location does not work for you. We have two other locations in Nepean and on Belgreen Drive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
