We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. An Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business by following up on inbound leads from multiple forms and selling our services.

Inside Sales Specialist

Armstrong Moving is seeking a Inside Sales Specialist for it’s Mississauga, ON facility.

Main Responsibilities:

· Manage and understand pricing strategy formulation

· Gather information about moving details to prepare accurate quotes

· Utilize all sales programs in order to secure competitive moves

· Communicate with all relevant parties clearly and accurately

· Being proactive and responsive with communications to our clients

· Exceed the company booking targets measured by KPI’s

· Use the company’s CORE values when governing decisions

· Other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager

· Delivering an all-around exceptional relocation experience for our clients

Required experience and skills:

· Managing deadlines and adhering to policies are critical to the success of this position

· Work in a team environment as well as individually

· Work well with all levels of management

· Able to work in a fast pace environment

· Able to multitask efficiently

· Strong organizational ability

· Excellent attention to detail

· Able to work proactively and solution oriented

· Basic sales understanding and training

· Minimum 2 years office experience working with figures and sales

Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
