The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to Join Our Dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to research and identify potential clients, creating a robust pipeline of leads for our clients.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, presenting our products/services in a compelling way to generate interest.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging, and informative sales presentations tailored to the client's needs, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Targets Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success.
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback and market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance effectiveness.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses a strong work ethic and is highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrates resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
• Is a team player with the ability to work independently.
• Has experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
