Installation Supervisor - Low-rise residential - OttawaGENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Installation Supervisor responsible fo coordinating all functions of the site from foundation backfill to city inspection completion.
You will maintain site schedules and deliver quality product to the customer and oversee the appropriate distribution of work to Labourers, Framers and Team Leads. You will also be responsible for developing and building the skills of the employees on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a safety-first culture throughout the organisation by promoting safety best practices and ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures relating to safety.
- Manage all construction schedules and management of team leads and ensuring on site scheduling is up to date weekly
- Schedule attainment of 1st sub floors, Lift dates and rough trade ready
- Communication and maintenance of standards for quality, design, and innovation of new ideas
- Team lead development, Framer Development & labourer development
- Manage material flow and construction materials on site.
- Create and maintain the building processes
- Manage Material takeoffs and changes to BOMS
- Delegate WO to Team Leads
- Schedule crane and lift dates and Review production schedule daily
- oversee the safe and clean workplace/environment.
- Ensure all tools box talks are being completed on weekly.
- Communicate with the Home Building Senior Project Manager on site construction and schedule
- Communicate and schedule sub trades on site.
- Perform other additional duties as required.

Installation Supervisor - Low-rise residential - OttawaSkills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in framing, back framing, construction, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Safety certification in Working at Heights, WHMIS, WSIB, Competent supervision, Class 7 forklift, hoisting and rigging, first aid.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication & communication skills

- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
A basic salary of up to $125,000 plus excellent company benefits (dependent upon experience).
