We are currently looking for a Supervisor, In-Store Display Installation, to liaise between the Installation Project Manager and on-site Installers. This person will be responsible for coordinating all project details and deliverables through client briefing & project development, planning and other services for small and large display projects.
The TC In-Store Marketing (ISM) division specializes in promotional POP, corrugated signage, permanent signage and store decor (signage over 8 feet) and installation. TC ISM operates from 3 main plants in Ontario, as well as 3 secondary fulfillment centers and 2 satellite plants in Montreal and Calgary.

When your actions lead to success
- Manage in-store installation programs and schedules for scale client projects.
- Schedule Installers / Sub contractors for upcoming work.
- Maintain quality control and TC standards with installations.
- Walking and briefing on-site managers after project completion.
- Work with various on-site personnel and production teams to ensure project success through good communication on project deliverables.
- Responsible for on-site troubleshooting with Installers.
- Attend installations of displays and in-store environments (may require travel to stores in some cases).
- Develop and improve installation processes, quickly resolve any deficiencies, imperfections, or problems.
- Prioritize workload when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics.
- Work in compliance with each province's Occupational Health and Safety Act and all other applicable environmental, health and safety, human resources, quality and corporate policies and procedures.
When your expertise drives us.
- At least three (3) years of related experience in in-store signage installation and project management.
- Knowledge of in-store marketing, fixture execution and digital printing process and substrates.
- Ability to read and understand production and architectural drawings.
- Strong skills in PC-based software applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good command of French and English (oral and written).
- Flexible work hours. Availability required for overnight installation initiatives.
- Travel required to several installation sites in Montreal, Quebec and Maritimes.
