Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation team and the process of various Installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Review the files in preparation for install and discuss these documents to guide the installation team
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, Purchasing dept, warehousing and Sales partners to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage the scheduling of installation activities and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the installation process

- Manage the installation vehicle maintenence schedule in concert with the team to ensure propper maintence and permits are in place.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Fireplace/Hvac/Boiler or Construction industry
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
