We are currently seeking an experienced ICI Superintendent to join their team and contribute to it's continued success.
Job Description
As an ICI Superintendent with concentrated experience in full-cycle institutional developments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects exceeding $30 million and possess extensive knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and management to provide updates and address concerns.
