Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations to evaluate Insurance Claims and determine coverage.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of claim files, including large clients and complex cases.
- Negotiate claim settlements and manage denials when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of claims.
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Insurance Claims adjustment
- Must obtain and retain the required adjuster license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional computer skills. Ability to navigate various systems, proficient in MS Office
- Desire to learn and excel in a diverse and interesting field.
Asset:
- CIP, FCIP, or bachelors degree
- Construction background
