Intake Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to join as a Intake Specialistworking in the Litigation Department based in Alberta. Your role will include but are not limited to the following:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from potential clients.
- Signing up clients in local area.
- Evaluate potential client cases to determine if they meet our firm’s case criteria.
- Ensure that client information is properly documented.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Background in sales and/or customer service.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, learn fast, and work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment..
- Detail oriented.
- A people person with a friendly and compassionate attitude.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with potential clients over the telephone or in person.
- General computer and typing skills.

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
