As an Integration Platform Engineer, you will be providing reliable Integration Platforms to business by enabling families to build their own integration solutions for transporting and transforming business data on them. You will support developers on the platfoms and provides guidelines and governance to achieve the best results.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do:
- Employ knowledge of relevant Integration Platforms to contribute to the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of integration solutions.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration issues, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain system functionality.
- Document knowledge, processes, and solutions in a knowledge base like Confluence, ensuring accuracy, comprehensiveness, and accessibility for team members.
- Participate and contribute ideas, insights, and feedback in the Community of Practice (CoP) meetings and discussions related to Integration Platforms.
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Actively develop knowledge of Integration Platforms within the team's domain, staying updated on new features, updates, and best practices in integration technologies.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years’ experience with one or more scripting or DevOps automation language (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)
- 3-5 years’ experience working with Linux
- Familiarity with networking basic network functionalities like router, proxy, firewall, etc.
- Experience with messaging, scheduling, API, and ETL platforms
- Knowledge of common integration approaches and usage patterns
- Ability to read code and use documentation to experiment with and identify improvement
- Prior experience working with generative AI
