The Opportunity:
You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our BI and Analytics systems, driving business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills.
During your internship you will be responsible to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for BI and Analytics projects.
- Design and develop theoretical data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations that can be created in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Perform data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights through data exploration, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making, identifying opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of BI and Analytics solutions into existing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the field of BI and Analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and providing support for end-users, addressing any technical issues or data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success of BI and Analytics initiatives.
You are the right candidate if you:
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on BI and Analytics, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Experience in designing and building reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our 37.5-hour workweek and hybrid model (3 days in-office) promote a healthy balance.
