Intern - Office Assistant and Dental Sterilization Technician

We are looking for an Intern - Office Assistant and Dental Sterilization Technician for our busy, fast-paced office. No training or license required! We do all in office training. This position comes with benefits after a 3-month probation. Uniforms are provided.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and stocking operatories/patient care stations
• Sterilization of dental instruments
• Instrument and Equipment Maintenance
• Helping to maintain general office cleanliness
• Supporting our hygiene team with probing records
• Administrative duties such as calling patients to book appointments and confirming appointments, preparing materials for school presentations, documenting workflow processes, and assisting with practice inventory management
• Assisting with practice marketing and social media work; representing the practice at external marketing events
• Seating patients and prepping them to see the dentist
• Working directly with the practice owners on emerging projects

Required attributes of the successful candidate:

⁃ Comfortable working on computers
⁃ Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
