Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, and managing the front desk.
- Greet and assist walk in clients to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate office supplies
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings.
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information.
- Assist with retail signage creation. (Knowledge of graphics programs an asset)
- Other duties as assigned.
