International Students Recruiter/Marketer for ESL school-Korean Market

RCIIS is a designated learning institute located at midtown Toronto providing ESL education to International Students.

Position Overview
This is a Sales& Marketing position in ESL environment. RCIIS is established in Korean ESL Market. The main responsibility of this position will be helping school to further marketing penetration in Korean ESL students market.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recruiting students through developing agents’ network or school to school partnerships from overseas markets in Korea.
• Recruiting students through developing agents’ network in Canada.
• Designing and implementing marketing and sales plans to recruit students and to grow the revenue.
• Monitoring of marketing strategies to measure results and verify more effective marketing and promotions for the school.
• Managing and maintaining an active social media presence for your market, creating engaging content (design) at least twice a week and posting on all platforms
• Meeting and counselling prospective students on admissions prior to, during and after their applications to the school.
• Responding to phone calls, email and walk-in enquires regarding admissions.
• Undertaking additional admissions/recruitment tasks as required such as schools’ events and others administrative work related with marketing and admissions.
• Following and keeping a precise record of payments from students and agencies.
• Counseling students regarding educational issues (courses, program selection, timetable, school adjustments, study skills, attendance in the school, make orientation for new students)

Qualifications:

• Canadian public college graduate.
• This is marketing and sale position, 2-3 years previous working experience in Korea is an asset.
• A valid work permit for no less than 1 year.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English is essential.
• Experience with studying English ESL schools in Canada.
• Proficient in computer technology and adept at navigating and using social media platforms.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
