In this role you will:

  • Accurately processing inventory adjustments, ensuring the correct G/L account numbers are applied
  • Complete monthly inventory reconciliation for Category A products
  • Coordinate and assist with Cycle Counts
  • Prepare monthly cycle count reports
  • Support management of inventory ensuring FIFO methods are utilized
  • Manage inventory levels monitoring for aged product and escalate as needed
  • Coordinate inventory requirements for prototype support
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting to manage WIP inventory levels and monitor sales
  • Conduct quarterly inventory usage analysis and update holding quantities (Inventory Minimums) as required
  • Maintain organized, structured inventory shelving and labeling systems
  • Act as support to inventory clerk roles as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


You'll have access to:

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years inventory experience
  • High School Diploma required, a College Certificate would be an asset
  • Good understanding of basic transactional accounting principles in relation to inventory control
  • Experience with inventory software such as MS Dynamics or another ERP/MRP System
  • An understanding of Lean Principles and methodologies would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records, in an electronic accounting program
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and pro-active thinking
  • The ability to be flexible and prioritize work in a high-pace environment
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes when required
  • Demonstrated people and customer service skills with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
