Responsibilities:
Front Office Coordination
- Cultivate a welcoming environment for all inquiries, whether in-person, via telephone, or electronic communication.
- Undertake office administration tasks, including but not limited to data entry, correspondence, filing and maintaining office supplies.
- Office Functions, event planning, hotel/travel bookings
Social Media Engagement and Management
1. Set up and manage Social Media platforms daily, implementing strategies and content tailored to the local market.
2. Stay abreast of trending topics, creating appropriate and timely responses or campaigns.
3. Produce monthly Social Media reports to assess the effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media management, and Office administration.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of tasks and projects concurrently.
Essential Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in various Social Media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A customer-centric mindset, coupled with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
Compensation
- Starting salary range of $15.00 to $20.00per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Eligibility for a benefits program upon successful completion of the probationary period.
