Social Media Clerk (Part-Time)

Situate Business Solutions is a fast-growing Calgary based IT service & consulting company. We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who is energetic and detail oriented. and committed to completing the tasks at hand with a positive attitude. Work time: 8 hours per week, 4 hours per shift. Location: 910 7 Ave SW Downtown location

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Social Media accounts-Facebook, Linkin, Instagram,.. as well as publishing dashiboards.
• Create Social Media posts, scheduling posts, creating stories, creating reels, creating TikTok's, increasing followings and increasing engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase followhip and engagement.
• Communicating with IT professionals, clients and potenial customers.
• Assist in preparing and organizing company events and marketing events.
• Manage advertisements.
• Administrative support to the team
• Other duties may be added as defined

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and quick learner
• Experience in photography, videography and content creation
• Experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends in digital media.
• Strong networking and relationship building.
• Social Media Management experience is must
• Strong Communication and Writting Skills
• Willing to learn and develop their skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Experience in Social media contact creation and marketing
• Capable of confidently communicating and assisting clients
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, and time management skills
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop ( preferred)
• Experience in Google Admin ( preferred)
• Experience in Meta Business Suite ( preferred)

Education:

• A High school diploma or equivalency combined with job related work experience as this roll will be demanding.
