Office & Social Media Administrator

For over 40 years Organ & Keyboard Service Corp. has been dedicated to providing professional repairs, tuning and maintenance to many different types of electronic organs, digital pianos, keyboards and pipe organs. We serve churches and other institutions, amateur and professional musicians, and individuals with a passion for organ and piano music.

We are seeking an on-site Office & Social Media Administrator to start mid April 2024. The selected individual will provide much needed assistance to the Owner/Head Technician. This position is part- time (M/W/F) for a total of 21 hours/week and is not remote.

Responsibilities:

• Seamlessly handle incoming calls, messages, and service requests, ensuring every interaction reflects our professionalism and commitment to excellence
• Keep our financial records in order by accurately recording payments, expenses, and journal entries in Quickbooks Online
• Manage our digital correspondence effectively, responding to emails, forwarding important messages, and handling other tasks as needed
• Infuse creativity into our SOCIAL MEDIA presence by crafting engaging content and sharing it across our platforms
• Actively engage with our online community, fostering meaningful interactions and keeping our brand top-of-mind
• Monitor and analyze SOCIAL MEDIA performance metrics, providing insights to refine our strategy and boost engagement
• Process payroll for our small office and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with precision
• Continuously seek ways to streamline administrative processes

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills (both spoken & written)
• Trustworthy, dedicated, efficient & professional
• Experience with Quickbooks Online or equivalent accounting software
• Experience processing payroll, A/P & A/R
• Experience with SOCIAL MEDIA management
• Experience with SOCIAL MEDIA content creation
• Event management experience
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license (must own your own vehicle as public transit is not available)
• Ability to play the Organ or the Piano a bonus but not necessary

• Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour for 21 hours per week (M/W/F)
