**Job Title: Social Media Content Coordinator**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Coordinator for our early learning center, Little Owl Learning Centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess a flair for digital content creation and engagement strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of our center through compelling Social Media content.
**Responsibilities: **
1. **Content Creation: ** Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others. Content may include posts, graphics, videos, stories, and more, designed to showcase the unique aspects of Little Owl Learning Centre inc.
2. **Content Calendar Management: ** Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring consistent daily posting and alignment with marketing objectives, center events, and educational themes.
3. **Community Engagement: ** Monitor Social Media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster positive interactions with our online community and build relationships with parents, caregivers, and potential clients.
4. **Brand Voice and Consistency: ** Maintain brand identity and voice across all Social Media platforms, ensuring content aligns with our center's values, mission, and messaging.
5. **Campaign Development: ** Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute Social Media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement, increase followership, and promote enrollment.
6. **Analytics and Reporting: ** Utilize analytics tools to track Social Media performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
7. **Stay Updated: ** Stay current with trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Social Media and early childhood education, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into our Social Media strategy.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Social Media management and content creation, preferably in the education sector. Portfolio with examples of work will be given preference to.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of our early learning center.
