Bissett Enterprises Ltd. has a unique opportunity for you! We are looking to fill a role as Marketing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Owner the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the departments of Bissett Enterprises through the execution of the marketing strategy through content creation.
Reporting to the Store Manager the Marketing Coordinator will manager our ecommerce website and assist in the day-to-day transactions of the physical store.
Digital Marketing Job Duties
- Provide timely and friendly support, for marketing requests.
- Create organic content for various Social Media platforms including paid ads.
- Website maintenance.
- Manage and Promote ecommerce.
- Create and execute e-mail blasts.
- Perform filing and manage customer database.
- Creation of staff training and orienation powerpoints and videos.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to develop and sustain positive customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure online content creation and other marketing material shows consistency and is free of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Time management/project management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptable and flexible to be able to pivot to various projects quickly.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager or experience in Graphic Design, photography and videography.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent experience.
- Basic cleaning background
- Completing personal cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Working as a team and individually
- Must be able to work on your own and have an eye for detail.
- Always up for a challenge and desire to fully complete a task the first time around.
- Outgoing, eager to please, show initiative, problem solver, sense of ownership.
- Flexible, client focus, dependable, reliable.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
