We manage Client digital marketing platforms monthly including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, creating and publishing content, providing customer service and engaging with the community, running paid ads - and we offer add-ons like creating e-newsletters, updating websites, and assisting with other digital marketing-related tasks. THE ROLE:
As a Content Specialist/Coordinator/Creator/Designer you be responsible for:
1. CONTENT PLANNING
- Deeply understand client brands, voice, audience, and goals.
- Monthly content calendar planning with Directors, Managers, and Clients.
- Brand, Industry, Competitor, Trend, Keyword research.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and pitching your ideas, sharing the latest trends, reviewing content performance and using analytics to inform decisions and strategy.
- Creating content wish lists, scripts, and storyboards for content shoots.
2. CONTENT CREATION
- Creating Visual & Written content based on concept briefs and content pillars.
- Writing clear and concise content briefs for collaborative content created by Clients.
- Copywriting, Photo and Video Editing, Information Design, for Social Media carousels, infographics, reels/videos, websites, email newsletters, paid ads, print materials, etc.
- Use Canva and CapCut as primary tools to efficiently and effectively create content that is easily shared with Clients to provide feedback.
- Implementing team and client feedback.
- Critquing and providing feedback on other team member content.
- Filming and directing at Content Capture sessions.
- Being in front of the camera, appearing in content as needed.
- Labelling and filing media using organizational best practices.
- Reporting on monthly content status, and completing all monthly deliverables on time to YYC3 standards month over month.
*You must be a strong writer in addition to a Graphic Designer/video editor, and you must be confident and comfortable giving and receiving feedback in front of team members in team meetings.
3. CONTENT PUBLISHING
- Schedule and live posting on platforms including Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Professionalism

- Keen attention to detail and strong proofreading skill to ensure all work is error-free
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (We're taking English grammar nerd, lover of wordplay, wordsmith who is passionate about clean formatting and hyperlinks)
- Ability to provide clear and concise team updates via email summary
- Assertiveness to speak up in group settings
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective best practices related to growth and sales
- Experience Creating Content for businesses that is NOT user-generated/influencer content
- Experience in Copywriting
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
- Knack for embodying client brands/voices with the ability to switch between 10+ clients
- Strong organizational skills (ability to manage many different Clients, Team members, and tasks at once)
- Excellent at prioritizing and managing time with self-discipline when working from home
- Ability to follow specific processes especially related to working remotely
- Solid work ethic and willingness to do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done
- Comfortability on camera in photos and videos
- At least 3 pieces of content you wrote/shot/edited to show in your application
