Inventory Control Clerk

Falkbuilt Ltd. is looking for a Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in Calgary, AB. This is a full-time, permanent role. Shifts rotate 4 days on 4 days off.

The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and seamless reception and processing of incoming shipments. Duties include inspection of incoming shipments; picking and transacting orders from the production floor; conducting stock counts; and ensuring the warehouse areas are kept clean and organized. The Inventory Control Clerk will also be responsible for loading and unloading shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use any necessary equipment. The Inventory Control Clerk reports to the Inventory Team Lead.

Qualifications:

- Effective interpersonal skills; able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.

- Strong attention to detail; with good organizational and time management skills.

- Forklift and ride on pallet jack certification.

- General warehouse knowledge and asset.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

- Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.

- Comfortable with Microsoft/Windows applications

Working Conditions:

- Work performed mostly in a warehouse environment.

- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to work at heights and be able to lift/move (up to 50 lbs). Push, pull , bend, walk and stand for long periods of time.
