Overview:
Wood River Internet is looking for a an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Scheduler/Inventory Associate to join our Saskatchewan team. As a Scheduler/Inventory Associate, you play a critical role in the successful coordination of service jobs, including managing scheduling and assigning work to Technicians. Importantly, you will play a key role in ensuring that the services we provide meet or exceed the needs of our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain schedules for employees, clients, and resources
- Coordinate installs, meetings, and events
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant parties
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and related documentation
- Provide support in managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Inventory control to make sure all jobs have needed inventory to complete installs
