Janitor / Logistics Assistant

Create Compounding Pharmacy - MONCTON is looking for an exceptional Janitor/Logistics Assistant to join our growing team. We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that has expanded into a facility in Moncton, NB and will be operational by January 2024. Our facility will be fully compliant with NAPRA guidelines to offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding in order to produce high quality compounded products.

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) :

• Cleaning all areas of the pharmacy, lab and warehouse according to a cleaning roster
• Cleaning sterile areas according to procedures and schedule (training will be provided)
• Managing the waste and recycling disposal
• Ordering cleaning supplies

As a Logistics Assistant you will be responsible for (but not limited to) :

• Processing payments
• Packaging deliveries according to handling requirements and storage conditions
• Sending deliveries through various companies
• Managing delivery inquiries and communicating with pharmacy staff, customers and suppliers
• Ordering delivery supplies
• Receiving, organising and packing away orders
• Data entry and maintaining delivery records

The ideal candidate will have :

• Ability to prioritise, follow a schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Cleaning experience (an asset)
• Be bilingual (an asset)
• Be highly organised
• Be flexible as a team member
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule : Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM
