We are a well-established agricultural, light industrial and acreage equipment dealership in Leduc looking for a Journeyman Parts Technician and may consider a 2nd year apprentice, who will provide an excellent standard of service as well as maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction in our Leduc store.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying customers or internal technicians needs and ordering parts as required
- Determine product needs for customers
- Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
- Provide help to branch service technicians as required
- Use of computer system, dealer, and parts software systems
- Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials
- Accurately and completely document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information
- Prepare quotations, reviews, and enters orders
- Completes customer invoices
- Enters orders into computer system, create order confirmations
- Reads and interprets parts diagnostics and diagrams
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Parts ticket
- 3 + years experience in Ag parts an asset
- 3 + years experience in customer service required
- A respectful, positive attitude and disposition
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Self-starter with a passion for working in a high energy, fast paced Parts department
- Strong spoken and written English
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product lines
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- A valid driver’s license and a clean Driving abstract
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity required to lift and handle objects
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs
- Possible exposure to elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils
- You will be required to be on an alternating weekly On Call schedule of which you will be compensated with On Call pay. During peak season you will be required to work alternating ½ days on Saturdays
- Overtime will be required during peak periods
