*Candidate must be present in Canada, this job requires the candidate to work from office in Nisku, Alberta, Canada*
- Must have 1 year parts sales (auto / ag / construction) experience.
- Provide over-the-phone and walk-in and/or shop parts counter sales support.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Source and order new and used CAT and non-CAT parts in addition to other OEM brands. Sales capabilities can exceed experience, the balance we can train.
- Manage backorders and provide updates regarding estimated shipping.
- Process parts credits and customer orders.
- Participate and adhere to on-site safety requirements.
- Participate in parts sales-related special projects and assignments.
- Participate in call quality and performance initiatives as required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $2,700.00-$5,000.00 per month
