Job Summary:
The Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repairs associated with plumbing, heating, gas lines and equipment in commercial, industrial and residential settings.
Responsibilities:
- Service, install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, controls, underground storm sanitary and water piping systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and systems.
- Advise clients on proper care for their HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Conduct drainage and waterline system repair and installation.
- Perform fixture replacement and installation.
- Service, install, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioning units, and components.
- Service, install, repair, and maintain gas fixtures and systems.
- Service, install, repair, and maintain septic tanks and systems.

Education & Qualifications:
- Journeyman Certification.
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a journeyman in plumbing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gas fitting.
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, heaters, and gas fitting issues.
Position Conditions:
- Work schedule may include on-call shifts, nights, overtime, and occasional weekends when required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
- Candidates must have their own hand tools.
- Candidates under consideration must be drug-free and pass a criminal background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
