Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing system layouts and requirements.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Weld or solder pipes and fittings together using various techniques.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, thread, and connect pipes.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are integrated properly.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license/certification required.
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting plumbing system designs.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to weld, build, assemble, and plumb various types of pipes and fixtures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
