- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including but not limited to:
- Maintenance Person repairs and maintenance
- Plumbing installations and repairs
- Restoration work
- CNC machine operation
- Construction painting
- Flooring installation
- Building and installation of various structures
- Roofing repairs and installations
- Fabrication of custom pieces
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson Carpenter or equivalent
- Proficient in a wide range of carpentry skills and techniques
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
