Description:

We are looking for a Junior Application Support and Integration Administrator to join our IT team and help us maintain, improve, and integrate our software applications. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external users, as well as developing and implementing integration solutions between various platforms and systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in Application Support or integration development. You should also have knowledge of programming languages, such as C#, Java, Python, or others, and be familiar with integration architectures, tools, and best practices. You should also have strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to tickets submitted through an incident management system and provide timely and effective solutions to application issues
• Troubleshoot and debug application errors, performance issues, and configuration problems
• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement integration strategies and solutions between various applications, platforms, and systems
• Follow standard procedures and best practices for application integration and ensure high-quality and secure performance of data integration systems
• Document and maintain technical specifications, integration plans, and test cases
• Analyze and optimize current system integrations and migration strategies
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools for Application Support and application integration
• Provide training and guidance to other users on integration processes or new/existing applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
• One year of experience in Application Support or application integration
• Proficient in programming languages, such as C#, Java, Python, or others
• Knowledge of integration architectures, tools, and best practices, such as asynchronous messaging, rule-based systems, network architectures, etc.
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data transformation
• Familiarity with database systems, such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality

Job Type: Full-time
