Role:

SweatPants Agency is seeking an organized and detail oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to manage the email creation process for our clients. You'll be the main point of contact for the clients whose accounts you manage, as well as the direct support for our lead email strategist. Your goals are prompt delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist the strategist in all aspects of Email Marketing.

• Manage calendars and to-do lists.
• Ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Proofread emails for quality assurance.
• Prepare materials/assets for the team.
• Take notes during brainstorming sessions.

Skills:

• Strong communication abilities.
• Basic project management.
• Proficiency in report and sheet building.
• Highly organized with close attention to detail.
• 1+ year of marketing experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of ownership and honesty.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Available to work 8 hour days between 7am - 8pm EST (Flexible Hours)
