Job Description
truLOCAL is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinatorto help grow truLOCAL by acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers. This position will play a vital role in increasing overall awareness and brand engagement through content and promotion. The Content Marketing Coordinator will work to ensure the truLOCAL brand is represented through touchpoints including email, social media, and website. A successful Content Marketing Coordinator will have an immediate impact on the business by driving measurable results through engaging truLOCAL content, and effective execution on all digital channels.
The roles and responsibilities of the Content Marketing Coordinatorinclude, but are not limited to:
Email Marketing
- Manage truLOCAL’s email marketing program including execution of newsletters, product launches, welcome series, and promotional content
- Execution includes copywriting, image sourcing or creation as needed (via canva or other design tools), content planning and ongoing updates
- Create, monitor, and make recommendations on the results of A/B tests and experiments
- Track and analyze email campaign results and report on weekly metrics
- Work diligently to ensure you are up to date and incorporating email marketing best practices into each campaign
- Assist with the execution of email strategy for sister company, Carnivore Club
Other
- Create and maintain a content section of the truLOCAL website
- Extensive training on our website, CRM, and product line to accurately reflect truLOCAL’s brand and product offerings
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance and maintain the truLOCAL loyalty program by managing communications throughout the customer lifecycle including retention initiatives, promotions, and partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Exceptional copywriting skills that embody the truLOCAL brand voice.
- Experience managing email programs, strategy, customer segmentations, and content strategy.
- Proven experience with strategic thinking, analytics, data interpretations, and problem-solving.
- Junior design skills and ability to use programs such as Canva to create graphics that follow applicable brand guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 3-4 years of Email Marketing experience
- Proficiency in writing, structured communication, and proper grammar
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience and understanding in business use of all relevant social platforms.
- Proficiency in MS software, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Work effectively in different environments when needed (Office, remotely from home etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
