Job Description
OakPort Media Group (OPMG), is a Marketing Agency that is focused on developing and executing solutions with SME’s. OPMG has several proprietary tools at its disposal, including our LooOK INside iGuide Virtual Tour mapping system, along with a variety of social media platforms for LooOK INside and OPMG local events, ie. Winter Beer Festival, Food & Drink Festival, etc.
Digital Marketing Coordinator/Content Team Photographeris a combined role due to the nature of the needs in the Niagara Area. The individual will be responsible for the creating and managing content for OPMG and OPMG clients in several ways, including LooOK INside iGuide and 3rd party content, etc.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Digital Marketing Coordinator component:
- They have an orientation to design, supported by an ability to connect with our audiences, to facilitate engagement and build an online community to drive traffic to our retail and Food Service Partners. This role will be responsible for the development execution of Content across various key Social Media channels.
LooOK INside Photographer:
- Conduct all scheduled iGuide appointments (Interior 360 & Photos) and any other associated services (Videos & Aerial Photography) based on the booking schedule provided (using our proprietary mapping system that collects property data) and works with the Sales Team to increase revenue per order, including upselling onsite.
Job Requirements:
Digital Marketing/Social Media:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content and populate content calendar
- DM Coordinator will draft creative content as well as captions 2 weeks out for clients
and/or repurposing content
- Working with the client they will create a monthly overview of content theme/ ideas
for the month as a guideline with specific targets in mind (growth, engagement,
conversions)
- Engagement - commenting, liking, sharing, and replying to messages
- Share feedback/insights/ suggestions to weekly meetings. Provide insight and feedback to SM manager re: client workload, content creation, reporting and market insights and best practices and areas of improvement to ensure we’re on track.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Track paid advertising results and review final analytics to improve campaigns
- Use data to fine tune future advertising where necessary
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Using analytics from social media, report on content performance and tailor content
to suit the client’s audience needs
Photographer:
- You have an interest in Real Estate Photography and a Drone License & Experience would be a bonus as well.
- Your own DSLR camera with a wide-angle lens 10-17mm or 12-24mm (max 11mm for APS-C sensor or equivalent to max 17mm in 35mm format). Recommended DSLR Model - NIKON D7100 DSLR + NIKON AF-P DX 10-20MM Lens
- Your own Drone (DJI Mavic Pro 2 or DJI Phantom model) and Video (Gimbal Stabilizer, Wireless Mic, ND filters, etc) equipment & experience would be a plus as well.
- Your own laptop with Windows PC, to access LooOK INside iGuide’s post-processing software platforms (management and zip compression), Google Drive and Dropbox.
- Availability from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm
- Dependable car and valid driver's license.
Skills Required:
- Organization, Multi-Tasking, Prioritize Work Schedules, work on Tight Deadlines and follow Order Guidelines & Client Requests.
- Excellent Attention to Detail and must be thorough & precise in their work.
- Effective Problem Solving & Communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to be flexible and efficiently adapt to change and improve upon work based on ongoing feedback.
- Ability to learn new technology and software quickly and easily.
- Work independently and in a team and be self-motivated as well.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills to complete these tasks (ie. Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Email, Web/Market Research, Social Media skills, and Writing skills).
- Proven experience as a social media management and expertise in multiple social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of SEO
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $1,575 per month
Monthly Expenses: up to $450 per month
