Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities
As part of the Crave Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working on a variety of marketing functions. This role will assist in the execution of various elements of direct-to-consumer (DTC) Digital Marketing campaigns. The successful candidate is curious and eager to learn, has strong attention to detail, highly motivated, resourceful, well-organized, and possesses the ability to work well as an individual, and as part of a team. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns
- Trafficking assets to launch and work with the media agency to ensure flawless implementation of digital media plan
- Review, evaluate and report on analytics and monitor results of Digital Marketing efforts
- Build PowerPoint decks to report on marketing campaign initiatives, results and recommendations
- Support in maintaining strong relationships with advertising and studio partners
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies
- Participate in promotional kick-off meetings to develop ideas and communicate long-term plans with a variety of stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned within the Crave Marketing department
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma with a focus on marketing or media is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in marketing, social media, analytics or media considered an asset
- Experience working with social media reporting tools and digital dashboards
- Strong focus on reporting and analysis, must have an analytical mindset, be comfortable with reporting on digital performance metrics
- TV, film, and digital media enthusiast with a passion for entertainment & pop culture
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize by multi-tasking in a fast paced environment to meet business requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in a Windows software environment including strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
