Working closely with the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include:
Managing social media and content creation (organic and paid campaigns).
Participating in the planning, creation, and daily management of digital activities and campaigns based on the annual marketing calendar.
Contributing to the enhancement of customer experience on the website.
Working with the Marketing Director to successfully implement high-impact projects in customer loyalty and retention.
Assisting with the integration of transactional and promotional platforms.
Defining performance indicators related to strategies and ensuring their continuous monitoring and optimization.
Accompanying the team during multi-sector mandates and handling ad-hoc requests from various sectors.
Supporting the team in the design, review, and layout of PowerPoint and/or Canva presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
You will have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration with more than 3 years of experience in marketing operations.
Fluent bilingual both orally and in writing.
Experience with a CRM and data management.
Strategic Analytics - Technical understanding of marketing tools and know how to leverage them to solve complex challenges.
Problem Solver –Using the appropriate SPC, analyze and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and offer inventive solutions.
Exceptional communication skills - You embrace the team concept and ensure key stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with transparency.
Client Focused – Never losing sight of the customer experience, you will use your skills to evolve communications and multi-channel programs to provide an exceptional user experience.
