- Assist with project planning, having a strong data and analytic focus.
- Work with clients to determine needs and coordinate construction specific details.
- Assist team in coordinating with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and trades.
- Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related discipline.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Success in this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills with a high degree of customer focus.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills and focus on attention to detail.
- The ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
