- Consolidate service programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet quality and cost requirements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of packaging specifications and standards.
- Support service production planning activities, including capacity analysis, material flow optimization, and process improvement.
- Contribute to the development of layout designs for manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
- Lead and track the creation of service manufacturing and service tooling documentation to ensure that every part can be produced again in the future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and specifications for the creation of comprehensive manufacturing and tooling documentation.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure that all manufacturing and tooling documentation is up-to-date, easily accessible, and stored.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of documentation to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
- Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on the creation, use and interpretation of manufacturing and tooling documentation.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
