Job description

Circuit Stream is a leader in future technology training and learning content. Our mission is to help expand the future technology creator space. We do this by building world-class educational services that focus on making it easier for people and organizations around the world to learn the skills needed to leverage the power of future skills.

The Junior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for sharing Circuit Stream content via social media, web, blog, videos and other channels to support our marketing efforts and ultimately attract more students to enroll in Circuit Stream courses. This is an entry level position in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate content updates for the website—publish courses, blogs, landing pages, and workshops
  • Adding new workshop forms, campaign tagging, and creating zaps in Zapier
  • QA testing web pages and automations for errors
  • Coordinate social media presence for Circuit Stream by creating and posting content on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and interacting with users on social media
  • Create and maintain analytics reports on key metrics for organic social
  • Promote new workshops, courses and events by posting in social media channels as well as other student and community channels
  • Support the Digital Advertising Manager and marketing team with other tasks as assigned
  • Own marketing data stewardship by managing and maintaining prospect lists from various events and managing updates of marketing properties and forms in HubSpot.

What We're Looking For

  • Exemplary spoken and written English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous co-op or internship in a marketing team
  • Experience with social media, web content, video production
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM software helpful
