SalaryWe are currently seeking a dedicated and talented, full time Junior Sales/estimator to continue to support our business / team. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a construction or restoration/renovation atmosphere and will excel in a fast-paced setting.
The successful candidate will be required to learn all aspects of flooring sales, including product knowledge of floor types, measuring, and quoting jobs.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
o Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to gather the necessary information for estimates
o Analyze data, such as labor and material costs, to determine project costs
o Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for clients
o Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction costs
o Detail oriented, dependable, and reliable
o Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success
o Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services
o Meet with homeowners for product selections.
- 8AM – 5PM – with requirement to be flexible for afterhours selections if needed
- Previous experience not required but would be an asset
- Willing to train the right candidate
